  • Your e-tickets will be sent to your email and will be available to view on your Tickelo profile. Pro-tip: don’t lose your Tickelo login credentials!
No. You can pay via Debit or Credit Card / GCash using any account.
The Regular tickets are inclusive of unlimited rides, while a VIP is inclusive of unlimited rides, express ride access for rides (except gated attractions) and VIP kit.

Tickets sold online at the EK Online Store and other Channels are for park entry only. Salo-Salo fest concert tickets may be purchased in advance at tickelo.com.

Complimentary tickets or open dated promo tickets may still be allowed entry to Park but will have to pay for the concert tickets separately.

Thank you for your interest! Your purchased EK ticket should be dated December 2, 3 or 4. You can upgrade onsite on the date of your visit or in advance—email us at salosalofest@karposmm.com to know how.

EKsperience the Magic Cards are allowed in the Park as part of the benefits, but concert-goers must purchase Salo-Salo passes as the concert venues are gated. Stay tuned for an email from Enchanted Kingdom on how to purchase a ticket!
There will be no divisions between VIP and Regular ticket holders. VIP passes are only inclusive of EKspress Ride Access for rides and a VIP kit.
The park will be open to the public from 11AM to 11PM. Concert venues will be gated and will only be accessible by Salo-Salo ticket holders.
Unfortunately not. We would love to honor these relevant discounts however since all ticket sales will be processed online, we are unable to verify the authenticity of valid IDs.
Yes, non-PH residents can buy a ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
You can buy two (2) 1-day passes, but here’s a pro-tip: You can save more when you buy a 3-Day Pass instead.
Yes. The QR code sent to your email must be presented at the entry gates in exchange for a physical ticket to enter the park and a designated wristband that you will have to wear during the duration of the event.
Knock on wood three times and hold onto it! The team will do their best to have it rescheduled on a later date.

Venue Guidelines

Gates will open at 11AM – rides are open by that time too.
Salo-Salo Fest is open to all ages – children 2 years old and below may enter the concert venues for free. Minors (15 years old and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Following the ratio of 1 adult: 2 minors.
Yes, guests are allowed to re-enter.

No. Guests are not allowed to bring outside food and drinks. We have a variety of food outlets in the park you can choose from.

Guests can bring empty tumblers as water refilling stations are available inside the park.

Park Rules

Please observe all safety precautions and supervise your children at all times. While on attractions, keep your hands, arms, legs and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park for failure to comply with the rules
Please be guided that some rides may be restricted by height or physical limitations established for your safety.
Rides temporarily closed due to inclement weather and/or regular maintenance.
The owners and operators of the Park shall not be responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to guest’s property occurring within its premises. So do your share in ensuring their personal safety and security as well as that of their belongings.
Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Please maintain your place in the queue at all times.

Expectant mothers are allowed to ride the Grand Carousel and Boulderville Express only.
Please ensure that you purchase your tickets at our official ticketing partner, tickelo.com. Tickets are valid only on the date of admission indicated on the voucher.
Smoking and vaping is strictly NOT allowed within the Park’s premises.

Face coverings/masks are not required. But since we are expecting a huge crowd, wearing of masks and physical distancing are highly encouraged.

We all want to have a great time! If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind. DO NOT RIDE.
